It looks like it may be successfully downloading the pack to C:\Users\Alex\AppData\Local\ftblauncher\ModPacks\direwolf20_17\direwolf20_17.zip but not extracting it properly to C:\FTB\direwolf20_17. Try manually extracting the downloaded zip archive to the folder I mentioned (you should just have to open the zip folder and copy the 'minecraft' folder into C:\FTB\direwolf20_17). Now with the permissions under my belt and on the description, I re-uploaded my modpack. But once again, rejected. So now, I ask the question, does the 3rd party mod list simply mean that even if I have permission to use the mod, that I simplt cannot use it unless I am part of FTB, since I noticed that FTB Cloud 9 also has the mod? I think that if you click the modpack you want in the launcher and set what version of that modpack in the drop down box, then click download server, it will download the version selected but if that doesn't work you can do the simpler way and follow ZiggyAdventures link.
